Storytelling: storytelling from education

The project "Storytelling: storytelling from education" was developed with the aim of empowering and involving students and teachers in the construction of innovative educational resources through the use of storytelling, and to encourage creativity and work on different cognitive processes of students. It was implemented with the support of 7 teachers and 137 students from the Basic Education career, 55 from Communication and 99 from the Master's degree in Education, mention in ICT-mediated Learning Management, having undergraduate and graduate students allowed comparing results in relation to learning styles, knowing which group was able to better capture the characteristics of storytelling, etc. The results indicate that students have not previously used this technique in their learning process; however, after its application they state that it is important because through the combination of graphics, sounds and music it allowed them to represent contents of the different subjects and this opened the possibility of appropriating knowledge in an effective and direct way.
