摘要
This paper introduces an innovative approach to design a meminductor emulator, aimed at reducing circuit complocity. The presented design comprises a single I) VCCTA (Differential Voltage current conveyor Transconductance Amplifier), two capacitors, one resistor, and two MOSFETs. It can be operated in incremental and decremental configurations having a maximum operatingfrequency of 15MHz over a temperature range of-100 degrees C to 50 degrees C Theoretical analyses are conducted to examine various aspects of the proposed circuit's behavior. In addition to it, the pinched hysteresis loop (PHL) obtained through simulation done in 180nm TSMC technology has been examined for various parameters at different applied frequencies. Furthermore, Monte Carlo Analysis is conducted to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed circuit for variations in different parameters within an acceptable range. Finally, the circuit's retention property is ascertained by the implementation of a nonvolatility test.
