摘要
In today's knowledge economy, universities must adapt and transform to meet the demands of students, the workforce, and society as a whole. The paper reviews the evolution of universities and emphasizes the importance of responsive programs, hands-on experience, and innovation in the University 3.0 model. In the paper, the critical factors such as globalization, lack of funds, and the need for a multidisciplinary approach, which impact the transformation of universities and require institutions to be agile, adaptable, and innovative in providing quality education to students are emphasized. This paper highlights four key strategies for transforming traditional universities into entrepreneurial universities, emphasizing innovation, creativity, and collaboration. The strategies are: establishing partnerships with industry and community, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, prioritizing interdisciplinary research, and engaging with stake-holders to ensure program relevance. Each strategy is discussed in detail, providing examples of successful implementation and highlighting the benefits for each stakeholder. By employing these strategies, universities can position themselves as leaders in the knowledge economy, preparing students for future jobs and contributing to economic growth and development in their communities.
