摘要
Team formation in software development is crucial in project management but often becomes challenging for organizations. This article presents the results of performing a systematic mapping. It allows the identification of 30 primary studies to examine the current state of the art regarding team formation in software development. The results highlight a growing interest in incorporating nontechnical attributes (or soft skills) as additional information in the team formation process.
