摘要
In this paper, a novel low-cost architecture of the code division multiplexing for Digital Beamforming radar system is presented, which realizes spread and despread spectrum technology by the modulation and demodulation of the orthogonal binary-phase code. The key implementing factor of the new radar system is the orthogonality of the binary-phase code. However, in practical engineering affected by the processing technology and work temperature, it is impossible to modulate a completely orthogonal binary-phase code for an analog binary-phase modulator. Based on the above factors, the theoretical model of multiplexing is established. And then the impact of the orthogonality of binary-phase codes and the echo errors of amplitude and phase on the demodulation performance is derived. Finally, the influence of the orthogonality of binary-phase codes and the echo errors of amplitude and phase on the amplitude and phase of demodulated signals under different error conditions is simulated and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of code division multiplexing radar systems.
