摘要
. Corporate social responsibility practices are becoming increasingly crucial for businesses as customers, and stakeholders expect more sustainable and ethical business practices. The textile business needs to ensure that regulations related to the environment are adhered to at every stage of production. Social sustainability is the ability of a group to make plans that meet the needs of those who belong and allow future generations to maintain a healthy community. This study suggests that supply chain and transportation planning represent new opportunities for addressing social sustainability challenges. The strategy depends on flexible fuzzy goal programming, considering order division and transportation planning, money invested in CSR over time, and customers' willingness to pay extra for CSR-related features. Neutrosophic sets are used to deal with uncertainty, and a unique fuzzy multi-objective optimisation model is presented that considers the vagueness of crucial data. The model includes a profit increment and decrement rate function that offers a more comprehensive assessment of the financial effects of chosen decisions. The study demonstrates that when a customer considers social investment, overall profit rises, and suppliers' social responsibility dramatically increases. The innovative framework that has been presented can be used to address a variety of supply chain management concerns, including reducing inventory and transportation costs, finding the best suppliers, and planning routes that will guarantee supply chains that are socially responsible, sustainable, and equitable. Lastly, this study offers valuable insights for organisation stakeholders. These lessons demonstrate that sustainability serves the earth and regulates operations.
