摘要
With the increasing use of supraglottic airway devices in the emergency services, the question is often discussed as to whether the use of these in cardiopulmonary resuscitation is associated with comparable results to endotracheal intubation. A retrospective study from the USA has now indicated a possible superiority of endotracheal intubation in prolonged resuscitation.
