摘要
Aim. This study aims to develop and validate a methodology for enhancing the role of physical education in shaping a healthy lifestyle among preschool children within a preschool educational institution. Materials and methods. The research was conducted at preschool institution No. 339 in Chelyabinsk, focusing on children born in 2017-2018, aged 5-6 years, with a normal build and average physical fitness level. The study involved 30 preschool children, divided into control and experimental groups of 15 each, all of whom were part of a regular general development group and free from health pathologies. A comprehensive long-term plan was formulated to evaluate the methodology's effectiveness in fostering a healthy lifestyle among children. The experimental group underwent a series of physical education activities, including travel games, relay races, cartoons, special game tasks, finger gymnastics, self -massage skill development, and invigorating gymnastics. Results. The initial analysis of physical education activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among preschool children revealed a low level of development in this area. Upon completion of the study, a follow-up assessment was conducted, revealing significant improvements in the experimental group, while the control group showed minimal changes. This suggests that the methodology has a positive impact on enhancing children's knowledge and interest in adopting a healthy lifestyle, indicating its potential for practical implementation in future educational settings. Conclusion. The findings indicate that the developed methodology for physical education in preschool settings effectively contributes to the development of children and the enhancement of their knowledge regarding healthy lifestyle practices. It is recommended that preschool educational institutions, in conjunction with healthpromoting technologies employed by teachers, incorporate more active gaming activities and facilitate a collaborative approach between teachers and families to further promote a healthy lifestyle among children.
