摘要
This study aimed to explore the feasibility of employing a value-led participatory design approach to foster value co-creation in public health clinic (PHC) services. Through mixed-methods data collection at a PHC in New Taipei City, the authors found that improvements in functional, emotional, and life changing value elements led to increased service satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of continuous evaluation and adaptation of services based on stakeholder feedback and evolving community needs, emphasizing the dynamic nature of healthcare service improvement.
