摘要：
In the 21st century, the issue of addressing global climate change has become more prominent. The European Union (EU) has made climate change a priority of governance for a long time. Meanwhile, China has attached great importance to green development and is trying to achieve the new long-term targets, to reach peak emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. This paper systematically combs EU's transport policy in the field of climate change, especially the sustainable and smart mobility strategy; closely focuses on the development needs of green transportation; analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China-EU green transportation cooperation; and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for deepening the China-EU strategic cooperation.
