摘要：
The objective of this article is to present information that contributes to the consolidation of physical education and sport as an educational response for the post-conflict period in Colombia. In this sense, the difficult social situation in which the construction of peace in the post-conflict framework is exposed, from this the fundamental role of education was emphasized to achieve this purpose so longed for by the Colombian population, and later in the manuscript it was broken down in a hierarchical way on why these areas are of vital importance to achieve the teaching of values, citizenship and conflict resolution, which are essential to achieve a stable and lasting peace in the post-conflict period in Colombia.
