摘要
PAZ mission is the radar contribution of PNOTS (Spanish National Program for Satellite Earth Observation) composed of an X-band SAR instrument and nominal ground segment located at INTA facilities. The satellite was launched on February 22, 2018 and delivered its first image on March 13. The system was declared operational on September 2018. During the first year of operation, calibration activities have been focused on system monitoring, improvement of product performances and radiometric stability characterization. During 2020, the calibration has been complemented with a set of joint experiments together with TanDEM-X and TerraSAR-X systems and the ground segment has been upgraded to operate in two new imaging modes: Staring Spotlight and 6-beam Scansar mode. This paper will show the status and results of these activities.
