摘要
This review article presents key notes for the construction of the research object around the categories Teacher Subject, Teacher Training and Educational Policy. Tracing how since his appearance as a public worker has also several roles, such as evangelizer, values reproducer, urban and moral example, curriculum administrator, learning agent, and many others. It has transformed his/her experience historically making him/her to question who has been, who is or could be the teacher subject today. The study of <teacher subject> category describes the transition from an obedient subject to a self-exploited subject. The proposal is to rethink how to generate a not-limited training model that gives to the teacher subject the conditions to reproduce educational policy and what is expected of him or her.
