摘要：
This article discusses the photographic exhibition held in 2009 by the Secretary of Professional and Technological Education of Brazil's Ministry of Education, to commemorate the centennial of the Rede Federal de Educa & ccedil;ao Profissional, Cientifica e Tecnologica. The photographs were analyzed considering the social totality in which they were produced. It is concluded that the exhibition not only celebrated the one hundred years of the Rede Federal, but also reinforced its institutional identity.
