摘要
We propose a dual-polarization high-Q silicon micro-racetrack resonator for laser frequency stabilization. Based on dual-mode self-reference temperature measurement and photothermal feedback technology, the on-chip reference cavity temperature is stabilized within +/- 15 mu K, indicating that +/- 100 kHz reference frequency stability is also achieved.
