摘要
In order to ensure the optimal imaging quality of the space ultraviolet wide field of view multichannel scanning imager, it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the thermal control system. First, we shall present the structure and performance index of the imager. The determination of the heat dissipation surface's position follows an analysis of the imager's exterior heat discharge. Subsequently, the thermal control design for every individual component of the imager is determined, considering the challenges associated with thermal management. The accuracy of the initial thermal design is verified by doing thermal simulation studies. Subsequently, the thermal equilibrium test was performed. The test results reveal that the temperature of the lens assembly varied between 20.0 degrees C and 25.6 degrees C, the horizontal bracket ranged from 19.7 degrees C to 21.7 degrees C, the vertical bracket exhibited temperatures between 11.2 degrees C and 15.4 degrees C, the U -frame experienced temperatures ranging from 15.1 degrees C to 17.4 degrees C, the motor showed temperatures between 6.6 degrees C and 26.3 degrees C, the detector recorded temperatures between 21.4 degrees C and 25.9 degrees C, and the high voltage module exhibited temperatures ranging from 8.9 degrees C to 19.9 degrees C. The temperature of each component is within the designated thermal control range. Extensive evidence has been presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and precision of thermal design.
