Decarbonizing Turkiye's power grid has many benefits over the short and long-term including reducing air pollution, energy imports and vulnerability to disruptions in global energy markets, while improving trade competitiveness. This article examines what is needed to transition the power grid including the pace of change, impact on economy and level of investment required.
