摘要
The value chain co-creation (VCC) paradigm for public-sector enterprises is suggested in this study. It utilizes a descriptive research methodology based on a literature assessment of pertinent studies and adopts an exploratory research design. Knowledge management (KM) and service VCC are the foundations of the suggested paradigm. The integrated citizen-centric VCC model exemplifies how citizens and public service organizations can interact and participate in the co-creation of service value. The VCC framework suggests using citizen-provided data as input, processing it through several steps to produce information, and providing knowledge-based, personalized VCC. This study aims to assist managers in concentrating on redesigning services and providing tailored opportunities to increase value co-creation. The study may help develop the relationship-building abilities needed for service professionals to effectively interact with the public, resulting in increased VCC, satisfaction, and trust in public sector services.
