Innovative digital services and data-driven services by Information and Communication Technologies are a new trend for digital governance, such as MyData. It should be given a careful evaluation on the services that related to personal data, administration digital readiness, skills, and regulation act. This study explores the key success factors for the MyData services through the behavioral perspectives from the government officers. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study proposes an integrated model, combined adoption risk and information literacy, for the empirical examination of the users' intention and behavior for adopting MyData services. The results show that users' information literacy has significantly effect on their attitude, and trigger their actual behavior for the MyData services adoption. Organizational factors such as sufficient budgets and higher authority support to implement in my data, are also playing a critical role on innovative government digital service adoption. Discussion and policy recommendations for promoting the MyData services are then provided according to the empirical results.
