摘要：
Patientinnen mit triple-negativen Mammakarzinomen haben auch in fr & uuml;hen Stadien ein hohes Rezidiv- und Metastasierungsrisiko. Adjuvante und neoadjuvante Chemotherapien reduzieren die Wahrscheinlichkeit. Ein hoher Anteil tumorinfiltrierender Lymphozyten (TIL) best & auml;tigte sich als g & uuml;nstiger Biomarker bei chemotherapeutisch behandelten Frauen. Die retrospektive Metaanalyse belegt nun einen unabh & auml;ngigen prognostischen Wert der TIL bei Patientinnen, die ausschlie ss lich lokoregion & auml;r behandelt wurden.
