摘要
Penetration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) causes overloading or overvoltage in the grid-edge. Traditional measure of DER curtailment could decrease the economy or operating rate. Centralized optimal control of the total grid-edge is usually too complex to solve and requires ubiquitous information system. So Distributed Energy Resource Management System with Distribution Grid Stabilization (DERMS-DGS) was proposed. It decomposes the optimization into one Distribution Grid Operator (DGO) and multiple Micro Grid Operators (MGOs), with an improved Generalized Benders Decomposition (GBD). DGO realizes the optimal power flow of the grid with demand response, and MGO realizes the optimal operation of adjacent DERs in the demand side. To guarantee the convergence of GBD, the feasible region of MGO was estimated by a dedicated optimization so that the feasibility cut was avoided. Typical seasonal distribution grid models for China in 2030 were formulated according to real data and trend. Simulation result showed that, compared with the baseline technology which is based on DER curtailment, DERMS-DGS resolved more overloading or overvoltage, made 3.4% less profit in urban and 90.8% more profit in suburban with DER penetration speed 100%, and 22.7% more profit in urban and 229.5% more profit in suburban with DER penetration speed 150%, and significantly reduced PV curtailment or EV waiting.
