摘要
This article provides an overview of the pivotal role played by manure in animal agriculture and the circular economy. We delve into technological advancements and policy frameworks that harness manure as a valuable resource for generating both fertilizer and energy. Additionally, we explore future considerations for integrating manure into ecosystem marketplace, emphasizing its potential for environmental sustainability. The discussion emphasizes the critical need for robust interdisciplinary collaboration involving researchers, policymakers, outreach specialists, and stakeholders throughout the value chain. Such collaborative efforts are indispensable for integrating manure into the circular economy context, ultimately seeking to enhance the overall sustainability of agriculture.
