摘要：
Die Fuchs'sche endotheliale Hornhautdystrophie ist in vielen L & auml;ndern zur h & auml;ufigsten Indikation f & uuml;r eine Hornhauttransplantation geworden. Bei dieser posterioren Endothelerkrankung & uuml;berwiegt der Einsatz lamell & auml;rer Techniken der Keratoplastik. Vergleichsstudien favorisierten bislang die DMEK, da sie ein besseres visuelles Ergebnis als die DSAEK bietet, allerdings um den Preis einer gr & ouml;ss eren Anzahl von Transplantatdislokationen und Endothelverlusten sowie eines technisch anspruchsvolleren operativen Eingriffs.
