摘要
Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) is a critical process in the manufacturing of advanced composite structures. The accurate and efficient placement of fibers plays a vital role in determining the final strength and integrity of the composite part. This paper presents an artificially intelligent process planner designed to optimize and automate the fiber placement process. The system utilizes advanced machine learning techniques to analyze design specifications, simulate fiber placement scenarios, and generate optimized placement plans. Through the integration of artificial intelligence, this process planner aims to enhance the speed, accuracy, and reliability of AFP, leading to improved composite structures.
