摘要：
Im Rahmen einer operativen Therapie von Kopf-Hals-Tumoren kommen mit dem Ziel einer An & auml;miepr & auml;vention regelhaft Bluttransfusionen zum Einsatz. Nachdem sich in den letzten Jahren dabei insbesondere restriktive Regime durchsetzen konnten, haben Runge et al. die H & auml;ufigkeit perioperativer Bluttransfusionen, m & ouml;gliche Transfusionsausl & ouml;ser und die Auswirkungen auf den Outcome in einer retrospektiven Analyse einmal genauer betrachtet.
