Multi-objective optimal dispatch with electricity and heat energy

摘要
The power generation of wind power and photovoltaic power are increasing year by year, but their intermittent and fluctuating characteristics increase difficulty in power system dispatch. The combined heat and power unit leads to the wind power and photovoltaic power curtailment due to its heat-determined power characteristic. Combined with thermal energy storage and electric boiler, the combined heat and power unit can decouple the heat-determined power constraint and improve the flexibility. In addition, this paper also adds an energy storage power station to research the possibility of further consumption of wind power and photovoltaic power. The NSGA-II multi-objective algorithm with an improved constraint handling method and decision method which increase wind power and photovoltaic power consumption and convergence speed is presented. The simulation result of the fully dominated Pareto solution set of the modified 10-unit system verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the improved algorithm.
