摘要
This study aims to investigate the impact of anthropomorphism level and dimensionality on clinic users' perceived enjoyment and social presence toward virtual assistants. We employ a mixed-design analysis of variance and utilize a questionnaire proposed. Findings revealed a significant interaction effect between anthropomorphism level and dimensionality on perceived enjoyment, with higher anthropomorphism levels associated with greater social presence. However, dimensionality showed no significant influence on social presence. Our study suggests that when designing virtual assistants, careful consideration of anthropomorphism level and dimensionality is crucial. Enhancing anthropomorphism can improve users' perceived enjoyment and social presence but may also heighten perceived fear.
