Optimization Research of the "Time-Cost" Model of Ningxia Multimodal Transport in the Background of the Belt and Road

摘要
As an important node of the ancient Silk Road, Ningxia has an important position in the "One Belt, One Road" strategy. Based on the multi-modal transport virtual network map, combined with the different transportation needs of the carrier and shipper, this paper constructs a mathematical model that optimizes the transportation time and transportation cost of multimodal transport. This paper plans to select 11 important cities and counties as nodes, and solve the models with Matlab software, then compare the influence of the time window constraint on the objective function, and finally obtain the optimal path of cargo transportation, providing decision makers with a variety of alternative transportation optimization options.
