摘要
The microperoxidase-11 hemopeptide exhibits configuration-dependent selectivity for guanine-quadruplexes by specifically uncaging c-MYC guanine-quadruplexes from a duplex DNA. A hemopeptide ligand for G-quadruplex exhibits selective binding towards c-MYC GQ caged inside a double-stranded DNA configuration via a synergistic interplay between the heme moiety and peptide chain.
