摘要
The aim of this paper is to provide a formulation of the stochastic unit commitment (UC), modeling in detail the operational phases of the thermal units as well as their start-up and shut-down trajectories. A MILP two-stage stochastic model is proposed for the solution of the proposed UC problem, where the uncertainty considered is related to the wind power penetration and the demand consumption. With this formulation, the thermal units can follow the changes in the wind power generation and the demand more accurately.
