摘要
Microelectronics is the major with multiple characteristics of new engineering, practical disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines. In today's information era, the improvement of the training system for microelectronics majors is an urgent problem to be solved. Combined with the innovative concept of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education, this paper will carefully analyze the problems existing in the development of China's microelectronics major as an emerging engineering discipline. Views on the need to reform microelectronics professional education with the concept of STEM education will be put forward, including the core competencies that graduate students need to pay attention to in STEM education, and how to use a more complete school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism to strengthen STEM education. Finally, an educational evaluation system and a student assessment system based on learning output are proposed.
