摘要
<正> On the basis of previous works and in consideration of the turbulence occurrence and the structure of flow near the wall, the author has obtained the drag reduction parameter of viscelastic flow with polymer additivies, and deduced a generalized formula of mean velocity distribution for such flow in laminar transition and turbulent states and in smooth, transition and rough regions from which a general friction law is derived and verified completely by available experimental data.
