摘要
生长分化因子9(GDF-9)和生长分化因子9B(GDF-9B)即骨形态发生蛋白-15(BMP-15),来源于卵巢卵母细胞,是TGF-β基因超家族的新成员,二者较其他成员具有更多的同源性,因而形成一个明显的亚群。它们在卵巢的表达模式极其相似,共同表达于卵母细胞,对卵泡的生长发育起重要的调节作用。
