摘要：

<正> In this paper we prove some theorems on the subject indicated by the title. G. Valiron hasstudied the same subject but only for a particular class of algebroidal functions. We mainly studythe relationship between the order of an algebroidal function and the direct transcendental singulari-ties. As a result, we extend Alhfor's theorem on meromorphic functions to algebroidal functions.
