摘要：

Inaccurate, incomplete and unnecessary information reduce the performance of production systems. Due to the rapidly increasing amount of information, an effective and efficient information economy is irreplaceable in companies. The article presents a method for the graphical representation of the information streams along the value stream, to identify waste in the information economy and to derive potentials. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
