摘要
The present study aims to find out the potential of games as a didactic resource for learning the history of Spanish education in the university context. Data collection is carried out through pre- and posttreatment questionnaires their analysis is quantitative, providing degrees of significance based on subjective probabilities through the application of Bayesian statistics. The most relevant results of the study show a significant improvement in the degree of satisfaction of the participants towards playful learning and the usefulness of the game as an evaluation procedure. In addition, there is also a very positive evaluation of the use of games in the teaching -learning process. Among the most noteworthy conclusions it is possible to highlight that games are effective teaching resources for increasing motivation and interest in learning, and for improving the assimilation of theoretical contents linked to the learning of history. Moreover, the application of games in the classroom improves social skills and the ability to work in a team, an added value in initial teacher training.
