摘要
Performance degradation of gas turbine is a common phenomenon during operation. The researches on component degradation mechanism are very meaningful to gas turbine operation and maintenance. In this paper, a component performance calculation program based on real engine test data was developed for a certain type of aeroderivative gas turbine, including a new engine and a degraded one. Then, the component performance of those two engines under multiple working conditions was obtained. Besides, the flow passage geometry was extracted from the 3D model of the new engine and that of the degraded engine was obtained through 3D scanning and reverse reconstruction. Applying the steady CFD simulation, the component characteristic map and performance simulation data were obtained and the characteristic map was corrected based on test data. Finally, a gas turbine performance prediction program was developed, which can provide instruction for researches on gas turbine performance degradation and accurate maintenance. © 2020, Science Press.
