In his book Future Shock (first published in 1970), Alvin Toffler said this about Learning The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn. This was an important concept back then, but it is vital in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
