Qualifizierte Fachkrafte erkennen - Dabei soll die Rahmenvereinbarung zur ,,Qualitatssicherung in der Ernahrungsberatung/-therapie und Ernahrungsbildung" in den genannten Disziplinen helfen. Der gleichnamige Koordinierungskreis hat im Februar eine umfassend aktualisierte Fassung dieser Orientierungshilfe fur Verbraucher*innen, Multiplikator*innen und Institutionen veroffentlicht.
