摘要
In order to evaluate the economics of the energy management strategies in fuel cell hybrid power system, this paper analyzed the value loss of the fuel cell hybrid power forklift with two energy management strategies based on state machine and fuzzy logic. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the operating characteristics of fuel cell and battery, the voltage decay rate of fuel cell and capacity decay rate of battery are modeled based on the real operating condition. Meanwhile, a comprehensive value loss index considering hydrogen consumption is defined for the fuel cell hybrid system. Secondly, the fuel cell output power and the lithium battery capacity are calculated by forklift real operating condition, and the SOC range of the lithium battery is determined based on the bus voltage. Finally, the energy management strategies based on state machine and fuzzy logic are designed for the fuel cell hybrid power forklift, and their value loss are analyzed in the simulation environment under a forklift cycle. The results show that, compared with the fuzzy logic strategy, the state machine strategy causes 7.81% higher life loss of fuel cell and 1.89 times fuel consumption, but decreases the life loss of battery by 21.33%. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
