摘要
Taking S product line from X company for research object, the product family was selected according to the mode of product quantity analysis, and the current value flow diagram of S product line was drew, which could analyze the wasting problem in product process. The improvements on "water spider" feeding mode, 5S management, stream-lining and better layout were proposed based on value flow analysis, and two systematic research on improving value flow was implemented. The practice showed that the efficiency of S product increased by 15.5% after the first improving research of "water spider" feeding mode, and raised 11.7% again after the second, and the value-added ratio was raised from 3.7% to 5.21%, which had brought remarkable efficiency improvement for company. © 2020, Editorial Department of CIMS.
