摘要
In the longitudinal vibration characteristic analysis of ship propulsion shafting, the dynamic characteristic of the oil film between the thrust collar and tilting pads is one of significant links for shafting force transmission and the vibration response analysis. The theoretical model of lubricating oil film was established, and based on the finite difference method, nested dichotomy method was brought forward here to numerically solve the oil film dynamic characteristics, and it is concluded how the oil film dynamic characteristic changes with rotating speed, when the shaft load and rotating speed are independent and non-independent respectively. In vibratory test of ship propulsion shafting, the change rule of frequency-response function amplitude at different rotating speed was explained. © 2019, Editorial Board of Journal of Ship Mechanics.
