摘要：
Along these lines we intend to highlight some of the most relevant legal aspects of the so-called "Festivals of Tourist Interest" in Spain. Without intending to carry out an in-depth analysis of the legal regime, confusing in some aspects and insufficient in others, we will focus especially on what aspects are currently regulated, pointing out which are subject to controversy or susceptible to improvement so that they can be a instrument for promoting the Administration that is truly effective and can achieve the intended goal.
