摘要
For complex product maintenance data change in a low frequency with a wide range effect and high accuracy requirements, the baseline method was proposed to manage the change continuity of configuration data in multiple maintenance events, and the process analysis approach was put forward to explain the content and direction of the data changes in the single maintenance process, and the IDEF0 method was used to decompose maintenance business to specific tasks for establishing a maintenance data change model at the operation level. Taking the change of wheel set composition during multiple maintenance events as an example, how to change the baseline before maintenance to generate the baseline after maintenance was explained, the maintenance record information was formed and the instance maintenance configuration was updated under the driving of maintenance operations. The proposed configuration change control method both considered the accuracy of a single maintenance configuration change and the continuity of multiple maintenance configuration changes, which provided a theoretical and methodological basis for automatic maintenance data change. © 2022 CIMS.
