摘要
In the context of energy internet, integrated energy systems (IES) and electric vehicles (EV) have received widespread attention. This paper proposes an interaction strategy between IES and EV based on electricity price guidance to smooth out fluctuations in the total electric load of IES and improve operational efficiency. First, a fuzzy algorithm is used to establish a simulation model of EV users charging probability that takes into account the impact of electricity prices, and a dynamic time-of-use pricing strategy is proposed to guide the orderly charging of EVs and reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the total electric load of IES. Secondly, a bi-level energy dispatch model including EV electricity price guidance layer and IES energy scheduling layer is constructed to realize the energy coordination interaction between EV and IES, and the influence of EV charging strategies based on electricity price guidance on IES energy optimization scheduling and operating costs is studied. Finally, a case study is implemented with an IES community in the northern region as an operating scenario. After the electricity price guidance, the peak-to-valley difference of IES is reduced by 32.52%, IES operating costs are reduced by 9.93%, and EV charging costs are reduced by 19.85%. The results show that the EV and IES interaction strategy based on electricity price guidance can reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the total electric load of IES, improve the operating efficiency of IES and reduce the charging cost of EV users, and the above mentioned effects tend to be significant as the proportion of EV load increases. © 2021, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
