This is a retraction of: R. Suebsing, P. Prombun, J. Srisala, W. Kiatpathomchai, Loop-mediated isothermal amplification combined with colorimetric nanogold for detection of the microsporidian Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei in penaeid shrimp, Journal of Applied Microbiology, Volume 114, Issue 5, 1 May 2013, Pages 1254-1263, https://doi.org/10.1111/ja m.12160 Following concerns expressed by readers in July 2021 and November 2022, the corresponding author requested retraction of the above referenced article due to inappropriate duplications in Figure 2 and Figure 7, as it cannot be assumed that these figures reliably reflect the data collected. The journal editors subsequently investigated and support the decision and reasons for the retraction. © 2023 Blackwell Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.
