Study on the co-anchoring structure within roadway surrounding rock, bolt and anchor cable

In order to solve the field problems and difficulties such as large deformation and regular repair of coal mine roadway, the anchoring structure synergized within roadway surrounding rock-bolt-cable was constructed. Theoretical analysis, similarity simulation and numerical simulation were adopted to study the distribution law of stress field and synergic characteristics of the anchoring structure. Results show that the stress distributions in different directions tend to be consistent after the preload is applied to the bolt, but not the stress value and attenuation. When the anchoring parameters of bolt are designed to be reasonable, the synergistic action and effect will be working in the anchoring structure, and the distribution range forms to be nearly elliptical and to be wider in the axial direction. With the joint action of anchor net and steel belt, the range of synergistic effect in the anchoring structure is larger. After such anchorage structure was implemented in several new excavation and repaired roadways, the repair rate of roadways decreased by more than 98%. The synergic anchoring structure of roadway surrounding rock-bolt-cable could significantly improve its bearing capacity and deformation resistance, enhance its stability, adaptability and applicability. © 2023 China University of Mining and Technology.
