摘要
To create a high-end manufacturing model in the enterprise, it is necessary to build a high-end manufacturing model panorama. The panorama of high-end manufacturing mode of CNC machine tools was discussed from the aspects of integrity and systcmaticness, and seven key contents of high-end manufacturing mode including scientific research management, manufacturing management, quality management, human resource management, standardization management, brand management and service management were further discussed. The study provided a very important reference role in creating and operating high-end manufacturing mode of CNC machine tools. © 2023 CIMS. All rights reserved.
