What about the language of instruction in Spain 45 years after the Constitution? A reflection for (linguistic) concord in Constitution

摘要
On the forty-fifth anniversary of the constitution of linguistic pluralism, through the provision of a flexible conjunctive model of the official Spanish language of the State and other Spanish languages with a statutory declaration of officiality, the aim is to take stock of the relative degree of adjustment to the requirements of the model of linguistic conjunction in education, characterised by jurisprudence through a body of doctrine expressive of the specificity of the model. The current state of affairs is critically analysed. And it concludes by proposing an alternative: the resumption of the full teaching status of the Spanish language in (more) common use in Spain or, in another case, the opening of a debate on the future of the current constitutional model.
