摘要
The conductive rubber materials with better damping performance were prepared by using graphene / conductive carbon black (CCB)as functional fillers and brominated butyl rubber (BIIR)as base rubber. The mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties (DMA)and resistivity test experiments of 10 formulations with different graphene / CCB components were performed to investigate the influence law of adding graphene and CCB on the performance of BIIR. The results show that CCB has a reinforcing effect on the BIIR material, and the synergistic use of graphene / CCB can effectively improve the damping and conductive properties of BIIR. The tensile and tear strength of BIIR / CCB composites reach 20. 28 MPa and 45. 66 kN / m when 40 g CCB is added to every 100 g total rubber. The maximum loss tangent of the BIIR / CCB / graphene composite rubber material is increased to 0. 5 with a resistivity of 3 646 Ω·cm when the mass ratio of CCB to grapheme composition is 40∶ 10. The optimal ratio of CCB to graphene components for the composites is 40∶ 5. The prepared new composite material has good mechanical properties, damping properties and electrical conductivity. The results can provide a reference for the preparation of high damping conductive rubber bearings. © 2024 Southeast University. All rights reserved.
